We want you to love every piece you purchase from Perelel, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a small restocking fee may apply to certain items to support our sustainable processing efforts.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
